New Directions is the name for the combined Reading Borough Council Learning and Employment Service, formerly known as the Training Employment Advice (TEA) Shop and Reading Adult & Community College (RACC).
 
The new service provides a wide range of learning and employment services, activities, support and guidance for residents and businesses of the Reading Borough.
